Sun River Springs Ranch has unlimited potential for recreational uses. While hunting and fishing are the mainstays, water activities such as swimming, canoeing and inner- tubing offer enjoyment to people of all ages. Other family friendly activities include horseback riding, hiking, biking, ATV adventures, and searching for Native American artifacts along the base of the buffalo jump on the Ranch. Horses may be boarded by the Owners on the Ranch in the common equestrian facilities. Downhill skiing is only a short drive to one of the many popular resorts in this mountainous region. These include Teton Pass (60 miles WNW of Great Falls), Showdown (65 miles SE of Great Falls), Great Divide (92 miles S of Great Falls) and best of all, Big Sky, which is only 2.5 hours south of the Ranch traveling by four lane highway.
